How To Style This Seasons Statement Gillet!

Gilet's....... some people love them and some people hate them, I'm not sure which category you fall into, but they get a thumbs up from me.

They are super easy easy to style, and come in a wide rage of colours, textures and price ranges. This season is of course all about Faux fur and Shearling designs....I'm loving these two styles click here and here.

How To Style:

Wear over dresses and style with Over the Knee Boots

Button up crisp white shirt and skinny jeans

Polo necks and mini skirts, ankle boots or Over the Knee Bots

Gillets can sometimes add weight to you and make you look chunkier that you are, after seeing these pictures I realised that I should have added a belt to cinch in my waist and create some curves. So if wearing a gillet dont forget to consider adding a belt.

Asos Cape Playsuit

When your 10 pounds lighter thanks to the Green Smoothie Detox (post coming soon) and you feel like you can wear anything and feel amazing in it.

This caped playsuit was sitting in my wardrobe for a while but it was too tight, finally I saw a glimpse of summer and was so excited to put this baby on.

Something about this peach colour is so lovely in the sunshine and against brown skin, check out Patricia Bright and Jennifer Hudson wearing similar colours here and here.

The cape features a open slit back with large cape sleeve and high waisted style shorts.

The Pinstripe Playsuit

Hi Girls,

Would you believe me if I said this playsuit was only £5.00 yep that's right. I have been shopping alot more in random stores for clothing, just so I can add some key pieces to my wardrobe that's a little different to whats available on the highstreet.

Playsuits can be fun to wear to parties, BBQ's, date nights, night out with the girls and they can be dressed down with a denim or bomber jacket and sandals or dressed up with heels and a clutch bag. There are a ton of playsuits on ASOS, Missguided and Boohoo so hopefully there's something to match your personal style.

I know playsuits/jumpsuits can be so annoying, I mean nobody likes to be half naked in a public bathroom right....but hey they look good so its the price we have to pay for fashion.
