10 Day Green Smoothie Cleanse



                       



Two weeks ago I completed the 10 day Green Smoothie Cleanse, I am so pleased with the results as I lost 10 pounds. The cleanse really opened my eyes to how terrible my eating habits are.


I love food and my weakness is bread, I always had the motto that if I exercised I could eat anything I wanted, but doing this cleanse has really showed me that, eating clean is the key to a smaller waist and flat tummy.

Although I enjoy working out, eating clean is a huge struggle for me, I love food and my weakness is bread. Bagels, Baguettes, Panini (I'm craving bread just thinking about it)

I would say that that this cleanse would be ideal for someone who wants to kick start a healthy lifestyle change for good. I highly recommend that after the ten days you continue replacing some meals with a smoothie.
