Pink Friday

Just thought I would share with you what I wore to church this week.
The outfit was all about the shoes, they are one of my favourites, it may not look that way but they are very comfortable. I have had them for a couple of years now and I still get so many compliments, when I wear them.
This skirt is the most comfortable thing to wear when you know you are going to have a big dinner, I am really loving this tulip style shape in skirts and dresses too. Its very flattering as it accentuates your hips and streamlines your waist.
I'm still shopping my stash, so no new purchases in this post.

Style Breakdown:
Blazer: Primark
Top: H&M
Skirt: Matalan
Heels: Unize
Watch: River Island

Primark Haul: Beauty

Hi guys,

I popped into Primark recently and picked up some beauty bits.

1. Feather manicure set
I have yet to try this manicure set, but I loved the concept of using coloured feathers on your nails, the pink and purple combo is so pretty.
Will let you guys know what I think of this product.

2. Oil balancing facial wipes
Yes I know makeup removal wipes are not good for the skin, but we are all guilty of having those nights when all you want to do is jump straight into your bed, instead of removing makeup, cleansing, toning and moisturising, so these are my guilty pleasure. Since using these wipes I have noticed that my t-zone doesn't seem to be as oily.

3. Stippling Brush
This brush is super soft, I use it to apply liquid and cream blush, and I would compare it to real technique brushes. It is a really good quality I was quite suprised.

4. Makeup sponge
I am yet to try this little beauty because I can't put down the Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge. As soon as I test it out I will let you know what I think.

5. Face exfoliater
This exfoliater is amazing, I love using it as part of my morning routine. It's a bargain at £1.50, I'm so glad I purchased it. This would be a great product to take away with you on holiday to help minimise the amount of lotions and potions us ladies take on holiday.   use it along with the B. Beauty Refined Exfoliating Cleanser, this product is very gentle so the two products compliment each other very well.

What beauty bits have you been loving from Primark this summer? Is there anything you recommend let me know in the comments below!

Hi Beautiful People

Last weekend I did some shopping with some friends at Primark Oxford Street. I did not intend to buy anything but there were some bargains to be had so I couldn't resist.

It is actually feeling like summer in London, so I can wear these clothes now instead of waiting for my next holiday.

Here's what I got:

Peephole Playsuit: £5.00

Flower chain top: £5.00

Striped Denim top: £5.00

Swimsuit: £5.00

Skater skirt: £3.00

 Sandals: £4.00

Plimsolls: £3.00

Clutch: £5.00

My favourite item from the haul has got to be the swimsuit, the fit is amazing. It really accentuates your curves in all the right places. Now all I need is a holiday.

I have a Primark beauty haul coming next!!

Military with a twist!

Sorry I have been M.I.A life just got in the way of blogging but I am back!!!

I have a few upcoming events in July and August so I look forward to sharing those outfits with you.

The first event I attended was my sisters University Graduation, here's what I wore:

I'm still shopping my stash, I have had this dress for about a year but I had never worn it. The colour, fit and detail are perfect. The dress has a military style but the ruffles give it a feminine twist.

I have had these heels for 5 years and I still get so many compliments when I wear them. They dress up any outfit, I love wearing them with a plain white t-shirt and jeans or a simple shift dress.

I actually forgot my handbag at home, It was a crazy early start to the day. I ran out the house like a crazy woman and was half an hour into the journey before I realised I had left it. So I was bagless, but such is life.

Dress: Hypnotic
Heels: Matalan
Watch: River Island
